Availability Check

The Guest House Caretaker verifies room inventory against your requested schedule.

Confirmation

The Caretaker communicates booking confirmation via telephone or email depending on availability.

STEP 05
Arrive at Guest House

Once confirmed, arrive at House No. 34, Aryapalli, Patia as per your scheduled check-in time.

Important Rules & Regulations

All guests are requested to adhere to the following university guest house norms.

Mandatory Advance Booking: Prior booking through the Guest House Office is mandatory. Priority is given to official guests.
Timings: Guests must observe prescribed check-in (12:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM) timings strictly.
Alcohol Prohibition: Consumption of alcohol and prohibited substances is strictly forbidden on the premises.
Quiet Hours: Loud activities or conduct causing disturbance to other guests are strictly prohibited.
Visitors Policy: Day visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms without prior permission.
Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible and charged for any loss or damage caused to guest house property.
Personal Belongings: The University is not liable for loss or theft of guests' personal belongings.
Conservation: Electricity and water must be used judiciously. Switch off appliances when stepping out.
Pets Policy: Pets are strictly not allowed in the Guest House under any circumstances.

After accommodation has been confirmed and you arrive at the Guest House, payment should be made at the reception counter as instructed by the University.

Check-in time is 12:00 Noon and Check-out time is 11:00 AM the next day.

Yes. An extra bed/mattress can be provided upon request, subject to inventory availability, at a nominal charge of ₹200 per bed.
